1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Velo – Fast AI Video Maker ("Velo", "we", "our", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creations LLC.

2. Description of the Service

Velo is an AI-powered video creation application that provides the following features:

• Generate videos from written prompts

• Create videos using images uploaded by the user

• Produce videos using available templates

The App uses cloud-based artificial intelligence models to process user inputs and generate video outputs. Generated results may vary.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

• Users in the EU/EEA must be at least 16 years old, unless parental consent is provided.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Velo, you agree that you will NOT upload, generate, or share:

• Illegal, abusive, hateful, or harmful content

• Pornographic, sexual, or explicit content

• Violent, misleading, or dangerous content

• Copyrighted materials without proper authorization

• Personal data of others without consent

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or generate through the App.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Velo uses machine-learning systems to generate videos. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs may be unpredictable or inaccurate

• We do not guarantee originality or copyright clearance

• You must review outputs before using them commercially or publicly

• You bear full responsibility for any content you create

Creations LLC is not liable for misuse of AI-generated content.

6. User Accounts

Some features may require registration. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login details

• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Purchases, Credits & Subscriptions

Velo may offer:

• Subscription plans

• Credit packages

• In-app purchases

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their billing policies apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Partial subscription periods are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, UI elements, branding, and software belong to Creations LLC.

You retain ownership of images and content you upload.

You may use AI-generated videos, subject to applicable laws and third-party rights.

You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the App.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the App

• Attempt to bypass technical restrictions

• Use the service for harmful, fraudulent, or illegal purposes

• Mine, scrape, or misuse our systems

• Resell or commercially exploit the App without written permission

10. Third-Party Services

Velo uses third-party AI engines and cloud infrastructure to process prompts and generate videos. We are not responsible for downtime, limitations, or errors caused by third-party providers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms

• Required by law

• The service becomes technically or commercially infeasible

You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creations LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of data

• AI output errors or inaccuracies

• Damages caused by user-generated content

• Service interruptions

• Unauthorized access to your account

Use of the App is at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
